Trader Joe’s Pumpkin O’s – I’m a believer that pumpkin is acceptable all year. In my mind, it’s not just a fall thing. Honestly, I can’t tell if I love these or not, but I keep eating them. I even bought a second box. The texture is a little odd to me. I was expecting them to be more like Cheerios, but they aren’t. I would say they are kind of lighter and airy-er.

PBLX DynaFlex – One of the Occupational Therapist’s at Mayo recommended I get one of these to start building my forearm strength back up after surgery. Let me tell you, this thing will make your arm feel like fire. I am not joking. It works. I ordered mine off amazon. It’s linked here.

Zucchini Bread – My CSA box has had zucchini in it for the past few weeks, and I am not upset about it. I love zucchini! I decided to make zucchini bread, so I could use it up and not let it go to waste. I used a different recipe the first time, but I really preferred THIS RECIPE from The Wholesome Delish. I’ll be honest, I don’t really read instructions in recipes, I just go to the ingredient list, add it all, and mix it up! I didn’t have applesauce, like this recipe calls for, so instead I waited until the end and added a little coconut milk to add moisture. Then I added chocolate chips, because why not? I was going to make this into muffins, but then realized, who wants to take the time to clean all the silicone muffin liners? I decided to bake the bread in my mini bread pans, and the recipe yielded 3 mini loaves! Yum!

Loopy Phone Case – I don’t know if I’ve shared this before, but when I upgraded my phone earlier this year I had to get a new case. I’m so paranoid that I wouldn’t buy the new phone until I had my new case in my hand. So many people recommended this case to me, so I decided to give it a try. I absolutely love it, and holding a phone without the Loop just seems unnatural to me now. Seriously, it’s almost impossible to drop the phone if you’re using the loop, and no more dropping it on your face when your laying down (you know what I’m talking about)!
