I’ve been digging a couple new things this month that I don’t think I’ve talked about before.

Going through wrist surgery and occupational therapy appointments three times I week have taught me a lot this year. If you have surgery you typically have to rub your scars to help eliminate the scar tissue that builds up. I’m still dealing with this, and if you look at your wrists…there’s not much there, so it can be pretty painful. I got this “Gua Sha” tool to help work on the scar tissue. It hurts, that’s for sure, but I feel like it’s really been helping. You can use it on sore muscles too, although I haven’t really tired yet! There are a ton of options, but I like this one because it fits easily in my hand and the edges are smooth, so it hurts, but it’s not a sharp edge.

Something else I’ve had for a few months, but have recently started using more often are these Good Chemistry essential oil perfume sprays. They are from Target, so they are reasonably priced ($10). I like that they don’t have a ton of chemicals in them. The downside of this is that they don’t last a super long time. I don’t mind that though, because a lot of perfumes give me a headache, and these do not! I have the Queen Bee scent, but I’ve really been liking the Blue Bell scent recently! They have a variety of other scents and actual perfumes/roller balls, so there’s something for everyone.

One other thing I’ve been chowing down on, literally, are these biscuits with peanut butter, from Nature Valley. You’ll NEVER convince me to stop eating peanut butter, and while these aren’t the “healthiest” they taste good and I like them. Therefore, I eat them. I get mine off of Amazon Prime Pantry, cause they deliver them to my door #lazy. Really though, I’ve been eating them as snacks in the morning.
